The Accessibility validation server on Rocket Validator has been upgraded to the latest version of Axe released by Deque, Axe Core 4.2.2 which fixes some bugs:

aria-posinsetandaria-setsizeon row elements for treegrids - heading-order: Prevent crash on page with iframes but no headings
- meta-viewport: test that a user-scalable number does not prevent zoom
